Our Teacher Training in Rishikesh is aimed to bring advancement in practice & competence in teaching to our students. In our course, we are committed to providing a supportive and non-competitive environment where students of all levels learn and grow together in a friendly atmosphere.

RYT 100 (MULTI-STYLE CURRICULUM)
100-Hours pre-teacher training course is recommended for people who can not dedicate a month’s time to complete 200-hours training. They can complete their 200-hours teacher training in two-part 100-hours each time. This short term training will be commenced concurrently with our 200-hour training.
However, this course does not give eligibility to become a certified Yoga Teacher. But it provides the base of practice, knowledge, and vision towards their journey of becoming a Yoga Teacher.
RYT 200 (MULTI-STYLE CURRICULUM)
This is the absolute most important course in the process of becoming a Yoga teacher and it provides you the minimum eligibility for teaching Yoga professionally.
Content & Structure of the course:
- Four weeks of an intensive residential program.
- Training of many styles; Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga with Alignment, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha yoga and Restorative Yoga.
- Specified & Functional Anatomy.
- Purification & cleansing.
- Basic nutrition & yogic diet.
- Pranayamas, Mudras & Bandhas.
- Yoga philosophy.
- Science of Mantras.
- Teaching principles & methodology.
- Meditation techniques
- Art of relaxation.
- Health cure & health management with Yoga.
- Guideline to become a successful Yoga- professional.
About Anand Shekhar
Anand has been a student of Yoga and Spirituality since he is aware of his presence. He has been teaching Yoga and Holistic Lifestyle for 8 years. He has helped people in many cities in India like; Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Patna, Dharamshala and for the last four years he is helping people in Dubai.
Anand’s expertise:
- Hatha Yoga- Ashtanga Vinyasa, Classical Hatha, Yoga with Alignment, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga.
- Meditation- Guided Meditation, Sound Meditation, Active Meditation & Silent Meditation.

RYT 300 ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
(MULTI-STYLE CURRICULUM)
Once you have completed 200-hour teacher training from our school or any registered yoga school, you can join our 300-hour teacher training course.
This course guides students to advance their daily practice and deepen their understanding of alignment and movements. You learn how to practice and teach technically advance postures in order to stand out in the Yoga community. This program is challenging, thus it is only suitable for a regular practitioner.
If you are out of practice then we recommend you to do 5 days work-shop at our school and then continue with the 300-hr course.
The content of the 300-Hr Teacher Training Course is almost the same as the 200-Hr course; However, the difference is listed below:
- Five weeks of an intensive residential program.
- Advance practice of
- Backbends, Inversions and Flow.
- Deepen the understanding of usage of Yoga-props.
- Art of designing your work-shops.
- Advance cleansing techniques.
- Awareness Intensive classes.
- Advance philosophy.
