Note: Irrespective of the intense nature of our course, we advocate gentleness and injury-free practice.
*Confidence in Teaching
We know that the art of teaching is one’s journey and we can’t predict how well you will do in your Yoga career. However, we train you to become vocal and relax in what you share. We teach our students, how to handle different kind of situations and people by offering them tips & tools to handle fear, frustration, anger & disappointments.
Note: The most important thing in teaching is “you know that you got something very important to share & you enjoy sharing even if the situation is not always favourable”.
*Change in Perspective
Our experiences from our perspective towards people and life. In our training we provide an environment which promises to give you a series of experience that is empowering, invigorating, purifying, healing and calming. This time you spend in your training acts as a mutation period of your consciousness, that results in building a bigger and more positive perspective about life and all that is.
